10.3 pkr89 does not warrant that the platform will operate free of interruption, error, or security breach. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond pkr89's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. pkr89 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance but is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
